From barcode to parcel in one app
Each step feeds the next, so you enter a product's details once and use them all the way to dispatch.
Scan a barcode and Prolisto pulls the product data from eBay, Amazon and Discogs, builds the title from your template and adds your eBay design. Data is researched once and reused, which is how our clients cut each listing from about 90 seconds to about 15.
Every item is scanned onto a named shelf and tracked by barcode, condition and location. When something sells, the stock count changes on every channel, and the order is matched to the shelf it sits on, so the picker knows exactly where to go. Scheduled stock checks find any mismatch between your shelves and your marketplaces, so you can fix it before a buyer finds it.
Orders from every marketplace land in one list, so you never log in to each one to see what's sold. Print labels in batches for Royal Mail, DHL, Deutsche Post, Whistl and Amazon Easy Ship from that same screen, and tracking goes back to each marketplace when you dispatch. Other carriers work through a CSV file upload.
Choose how each item is priced: automatic, fixed, or a start price with a range. On automatic, you set a floor, a ceiling and a fallback price for when there's no competitor to match. Prolisto checks active and sold prices on eBay and Amazon and adjusts yours as often as every 30 minutes, always between your floor and ceiling.

What is Prolisto?
Prolisto is eBay and Amazon listing software with stock sync, repricing and dispatch built in, for one-person businesses up to full warehouse teams. You list, sync stock, reprice, answer buyers and ship orders from one app, and it also works with Discogs, WooCommerce and ShopBlocks.
Can I use it if I only sell on eBay?
Yes. Prolisto works with one marketplace or several. When you’re ready to add Amazon, Discogs or your own WooCommerce shop, you copy your eBay inventory across instead of listing it all again.
Can it reprice for me?
Yes. Choose automatic pricing and set a floor, a ceiling and a fallback price for when there’s no competitor to match. Prolisto checks active and sold prices on eBay and Amazon and adjusts yours, every 24 hours on the free Start plan and every 30 minutes on Grow and Scale. You can also give an item a fixed price, or a start price with a range.
Will it stop me overselling?
Yes. Prolisto keeps one stock count for every marketplace. When something sells on one, the stock drops on all the others straight away, so the last copy doesn’t sell twice.
Does it work on a Mac?
The free Start plan is a web app, so it runs in any browser. Grow, Scale and Enterprise use the Prolisto Windows app, with its server hosted in the cloud or on your own premises.
Which carriers can I use?
Royal Mail, DHL, Deutsche Post, Whistl and Amazon Easy Ship connect directly, so you print their labels in batches. Evri, UPS, USPS, DPD and hundreds more work through a CSV file upload. Average weight billing with some carriers keeps postage costs steady.
